Introduction - Pact Compliance Follow-up Manual

Since the On the Right Track Program was launched on 11/28/2006, we have been working in partnership with companies and corporate entities to find effective solutions for confronting child and adolescent sexual exploitation on Brazilian roadways.

Therefore, we are very enthusiastic and happy to launch the Pact Compliance Follow-up Manual which will be used to keep track of the progress made in complying with the guidelines of the Corporate Pact a gainst Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents on Brazilian roadways.

We created both the benchmarks and Benchmark Manual based on which to apply the benchmarks. Our hope is that this material will serve as a strategic tool for companies to manage the commitments made to the Corporate Pact, in addition to significantly contributing to improving corporate actions.

In order to confront the complexity of this phenomenon, we need to build together solutions just as complex as the problem is. This can only be done through advocacy measures conducted with the effective participation of society as a whole, a context in which companies and corporate entities are of fundamental importance.
